eSports
This might be one of the few sites we’ve seen with more eSportbooks providers than sportsbook providers. 12Play had TF Gaming, InPlay Matrix, Sabe eSports, and CMD368 eSports available. Unfortunately, only three of the providers are worth mentioning. We, unfortunately, had some problems with Sabe eSports and couldn’t get it to load.
TF Gaming has a slightly different interface than other sportsbooks. Instead of separating everything by video game, they separate everything by the day the match is held on. This is great for seeing what matches are happening today you can bet on, but it doesn’t give you a general overview.

Fishing Games
The arcade tab of the site contains two fishing games you can play. Customer Support
There are a few different methods you can use to contact customer support at 12Play. 12Play is available through WeChat, Telegram, Skype, email, and their 24/7 Live Chat. Like all 24/7 Live Chats, we gave theirs a quick test and were happy with the results. We asked a few different questions, and while, at first, we got an automated response asking us to “wait 5 minutes while we find the answer”, a human responded quickly with the right information and was very helpful. If you have a problem, their customer support is right there and ready to help out.
With that said, we encountered one issue where they could not clearly explain to us what withdrawal methods were available for us to use. Since they were so helpful before, we hope this is just a fluke and not a direct representation of their actual customer service.
Licensing and Security
As we mentioned before, 12Play has about six different companies at the bottom of their site that claim to provide security or a form of licensing for their casino. PAGCOR is the licensing and regulatory agency, but we could not verify their license. The other notable security organization is BMMtestlabs. They’re a professional service that provides testing, security assurances, certifications, and other security measures for different regulated gaming markets.
